Roche Group - Future Developments

In the coming months and years Roche Group will be undertaking several new and exciting developments. These range from housing developments to a hotel.

Curraghchase Hotel and Housing Development

This development consists of a hotel and residential development on the fringes of Curraghchase National Park. The hotel will consist of bedrooms, leisure centre with swimming pool, health spa, bar, restaurant and banqueting facilities. The residential area will consist of holiday retreat log cabins and luxury homes.

Kilcornan Village Centre

This will reside on the site that is currently the Coach Inn bar and filling station. This site has only recently been acquired and we are currently drafting plans.

Shanagolden Residential Community

We are currently preparing a submission for planning for a housing development in Shanagolden, Co. Limerick. Shanagolden is a picturesque village just off the N69, the coast road to Kerry. With a skyline dominated by the ruins of Shanid Castle and many amenities including a school, church, post office, bars, restaurant, sports facilities, filling station, shop, beauty salon and more to come, it will be a fantastic place to live. We will post the details here as soon as they have been confirmed with the planning authorities.

Shanagolden Commercial Plaza

To coincide with the residential development we hope to develop a commercial centre on the site of the old Creamery. This beautiful and historic building has been vacant for many years but we hope to restore it to its former glory, creating a vibrant commercial area while maintaining the beauty of the buildings.

Riverpoint Serviced Office Suites

The Riverpoint building in Limerick City is an architectural masterpiece which dominates the skyline. It is truly an inspiring sight, reaching thirteen floors into the sky. Roche Group have acquired 2 floors of this building where we intend to put a number of serviced office suites.
